Furthermore, the property boasts a private balcony, connected to the living room, and a terrace connected to the main room, where you can start your day with a hot cup of coffee. Next to Parador Málaga Golf you will also find the shopping centre Plaza Mayor. Casa Beramendi is located in a quiet area and perfectly connected to all the points of interest in the area. There is another apartment on the ground floor, however, it has a separate entrance.
